Mesmer Tattoo has space to host guest artists.

How To Book A Guest Spot at Mesmer Tattoo:

Please email mesmertattoo@gmail.com with the subject line “Guest Spot” and include the following in your email:

  • Your Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Your Social Media Handles and/or website so we can view your portfolio

  • How long you have been tattooing & where you will be traveling from

  • List the dates you’d like to guest spot with us

  • Let us know any other important information (ie: if you have any allergies)

Please read over the following information below to ensure that guest spotting with us at Mesmer Tattoo is right for you.

Mesmer Hours of Operation: 12pm - 7pm Tuesday - Friday

We are closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Please do not have your clients come earlier than 12pm and please do not work past 7pm

Guest Artist Percentage: 80% artist / 20% shop

Artist is to drop 20% into safe at the end of each day

*a weekly rate can be worked out if artist is planning a longer guest spot

Shop supplies guest artists with:

  • Station to work at including rolling chair, massage table, arm rest

  • Paper towel, drape sheets, pillows, pillow cases, wash bottle covers, clip cord covers, machine covers, barrier film, ink caps, plastic wrap, dental bibs, absorbent pads, medical tape, garbage bags, green soap, alcohol, distilled water, witch hazel, cavicide 

Artists must supply themselves with:

  • Machine(s), needles, inks, aftercare supplies if other than plastic wrap or absorbent pads, gloves

*we do not have an autoclave - please bring single-use disposable needles and tubes

Promoting on Social Media & Website:

Please email us at mesmertattoo@gmail.com to let us know if/when you’d like us to start promoting you on our website and social media - we will help with advertising your guest spot and letting clients know how they can contact you to book an appointment with you.

We do not have a receptionist at our studio and we are appointment only. We do not get walk-ins and we are in a private location with little to no foot traffic. It is best if you are able to book appointments in advance for your guest spot.

During your guest spot with us, you are responsible for:

  • booking your own clients

  • getting your clients signed in with their consent waiver upon arrival

  • going over aftercare with your clients

  • setting up and breaking down your station
